This game was made in two days during the development of Canto I as a way to recharge a bit.

This game is the result of a self-imposed challenge that consisted in taking suggestions from my social media followers and putting them in a single, cohesive game. The result is an arcade game where you, a well-dressed dolphin, must defend your lake and your turtle friends from an army of evil chickens, that you defeat with... the power of love!??

The theme for the 2020 edition of the 2-days long Game Maker's Toolkit Game Jam was "Out of Control". My entry captures the theme from the overly long title to the gameplay loop: it's an arcade game where you must avoid hazards and get points, while you periodically get faster and faster, until you become invincible for a bit, gaining the the opportunity to fly and destroy the blades that were trying to impede your progress!

Game Maker's Toolkit Game Jam 2019 Entry, Top 100 Solitude

The theme for the 2019 edition of the 2-days long Game Maker's Toolkit Game Jam was "Only One". I tried to capture the theme completely, allowing the player to see only one object at a time. The result is a top-down puzzle game where you must find your way out of pitch-dark rooms.
The game was praised by fellow participants and players for its originality and adherence to the theme, allowing it to reach the Top 100 games, out of a total of 2564 entries. After the jam, the game received an update with new levels.
